Service and Support
Service
Desktop Computers -- Monitor, keyboard, mouse and
cables are not needed, unless the problem is with a particular
component.
Laptop Computers -- A/C adapter is
required.
The Diagnostic fee is $30.00. If
additional time is required to repair the system, or parts are needed we
will contact you. In most cases, repairs are completed the same day.
For all Windows systems, bring your installation
software and CD-Key with you. We will not load any software without the proper registration materials. Please do not ask!
Onsite Service
Available at an hourly rate of $85.00/hour. Service
contracts are available. Additional charges will apply for
travel in excess of twenty miles from either service facility.

Directions to 1240 N. Ninth Street Stroud Plaza Stroudsburg PA 18360.
Directions from Rt. 80 East: Delaware Water Gap and NJ. 80 East to Exit 48 (Main Street). At stop sign make right.
Approximately ½ mile (past Schliers Towing) bare right onto Bridge Street. At traffic
light make left turn onto Route 611, then make 1st left into
the Stroud Plaza. ITS Computers is the first store on the right side of
the plaza.
Directions from Rt. 80 West: 80West to Exit 47 (Ninth Street). At stop sign stay right onto Route 611. Before
the traffic light, make a right turn into the Stroud Plaza. ITS Computers is the first store on right side of the plaza.

Directions from Milford PA and NJ: Take Route 6 approximately 30 miles west to Hawley, PA. ITS is located on Main Avenue on the right side.
Directions from Honesdale PA: Take Route 6 approximately 10 miles east to Hawley, PA. ITS is located on Main Avenue on the left side past the Hawley
Dinner.
